At De Zeekoe fairness, ethical business practice and environmental respect form the basis for sustainable tourism. Through social upliftment and addressing the needs of the community, De Zeekoe employs and gives housing to 20 families on the farm. They aim to positively raise the standard of living and uplift the local community on an ongoing basis. Generations of our employees and their children have been educated by Zeekoegat Primary. With this project they hope to address the needs of their community by improving the medical health care and education, by developing hidden talents and keeping children busy through sports and recreation and by improving their current feeding scheme.
